A/c Company Looking For Catchy Tag Line

Hi Guys

Need a bit of peer feedback please. The company I am presently doing some work for is still undecided on their tag so I thought I would throw it up for suggestions or some feedback.

The company is Air Depot, www.airdepot.com they offer an air conditioning and heating service.They need this tag to work for them on all the usual channels..clothing apparel, vehicles, radio print...

They are family owned since 1977 and service, install and maintenance on both residential and commercial air conditioning.

    What do you want the tagline to communicate? How is Air Depot different from, and better than, other HVAC companies in the area? Where are their customers (City/County/State)? What taglines are competitors using?

    Yes, all of them really. The company is located in Houston, TX.

    John Moore AC- "Call John get Moore"

    Abacus Plumbing and AC- "You can count on us"

    One Hour Air Conditioning-"Always on time...or you don't pay a dime"

    ARS- "Making it work. Making it right."

    Anthony AC- "Technicians you can trust with your house keys"

    Notes:

    1. The name alone doesn't tell what you do. The tagline has to do that.

    2. It would be good to communicate the benefit(s) customers would get if they hire you.

    3. Some reference to Texas or Houston would make the company look local/friendly, but not easy since the other two requirements are more important. Ditto for Commercial / Residential.

    The current tagline "Your Comfort Is Our Business" doesn't clarify what you provide or how you're unique.

    If you're looking for something cutesy, try on "We're Full of Hot & Cool Air".
    Or, "Texas A+ Rated HVAC"
    Or, "Our HVAC Family Will Take Care of Yours'"
