What unique and important benefit do you promise (and deliver)? Who is your primary target audience?

Can you guarantee success? If so, put that in your subject line. If not, then what do you teach that's proven better than the competition?

    The email about what?

    Sent to whom?

    Sent how many times?

As part of what kind of campaign?

Asking the recipient to take what action?

The email is a flyer outlining the workshop details, content , cost , venue etc.
It is sent to HR Manager, Managers, and Business Owners
It would be sent out once on our customer database and also on other social media platforms
To promote the recipient to read and then register

Without a clear and compelling benefit promise, this mailing is likely to fail. You're dealing with the details/logistics without giving the target audience a reason to do what you want them to do.

Sending this piece once is a mistake.

Instead, it is better to send a series of short, value-driven messages in which you ask insightful, enticing questions and to which you link answers on a series of question specific landing pages, each one of which then acts as a standalone opt in for your event.
