How To Buy And Sell Ads As A Private Person

Posted by marie.kuehnastkrebuehl on 25 Points
Anyone experience in publishing & monetizing ads as a private person, not as a business? I'm developing a simple hyper-casual game and want to test a few ads, but google for example created a business account for me directly and I'm failing in changing it. Can somebody help? Thanks a lot!

Yes, in the meanwhile I think that Google Ads doesn't allow advertizing as a private in the EU. Looking for other platforms besides Facebook now. Any recommendations?

Once you try to monetize something, you are a business. Whether you form an official business or not, get business license or not, etc. Once you make some money off of something, you are considered a business.

Unless you register otherwise, you are automatically a sole proprietor business.

Oops- the sole proprietorship applies to the US. Not sure if the EU uses the same business formats.
