- Biography:
- I was a free lance journalist for 15 years before becoming a marketing communication writer. I started assuming more and more of the strategy and creative for the companies I worked with and recently began my own marketing company. Best choices were to "steal" some of the sharpest talent in my city and pay them double. I financed this through idea #2 which was to skip the big building and put the money in the people. We all work from our home offices. The company is doing well and coming up on a year in business.
