BioAllium Research and Analytics is a market research and data analysis firm. We work with organizations to understand their customers in order to develop focused marketing strategies.

Joy Levin is the founder and principal of Allium. She has 16 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, travel, software, financial institutions, retail, not-for-profit, high-tech and telecommunications.

Joy has developed and managed all aspects of both quantitative and qualitative research. She has conducted studies for our clients that not only got the answers for which they were looking, but has also uncovered additional information that they did not expect to find. Joy takes a creative approach to marketing research problems and challenges and gives clients the result they want - strategic and pragmatic recommendations based on consumer and market dynamics and needs.

In working with a diverse client list, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, Joy has worked on topics including customer satisfaction, concept testing, pricing, product testing, demographics/psychographics, segmentation, and attitude and awareness.
