I'm an Italian student in Business and Commerce of 23 years
In my accademic career I have studied marketing, commerce companies management, H. R. Management, E-Marketing, Business strategy, financial management.
In the next future I wish to improve my competence in H. R. management, because I am deeply convinced that people is the real asset of any organization, or, better, is the organization. Only investing on it and giving chance of development to people that deserve it, an organization can hope of survive in the future.
Because of this, I'm very interested to the formation process of the collaborators, and policies like team building and training.
