I need to locate Wal-Mart customer demographics and psychographics for a Business Plan. Are these top-secret, or published somewhere?

Well for me the best place to look for is at a Walmart store itself! Observe the way they brand and sell stuff inside their store, what kind of posters they use, the messages they are conveying, how are things arranged in shelfs. etc. etc. If you have the resources you could even design a small questionnaire for people coming out after shopping at Walmarts'.
The best way to do a job is to do the job yourself!
