Catchy Slogan Required For Valentine's Day!
Posted By: zuccamori* on 8/20/2006 9:23 AM (CST) 250 Points
Dear All,

I am racking my brain for a catchy Valentine's Day punchline to be put online for a floral business.. *think Love*!
Target audience is from early 20's to 40's.. need something catchy and simple to remember...

i hope to break away from the conventional ones like:
'Bask in the Splendor of Love', 'Speak the Language of Love'..

something along the line of 'I (Heart) You! A Bloom & A Peck' will be cool ^^

will appreciate anything that helps! ^^

thanks,
ernie

I think you already have it, already..

Think Love!

direct, short, clear....

or something short like...

Be Love
Show Love
Love Love
Remember Love

Hi Tatyiana,

thanks for your suggestions!
i wish i can use 'Think Love', but the previous campaign slogan was pretty similar, something like 'Say Love, Show Love, __ Love'...

I have 5 on-going projects at the moment, and this one is the big one that's killing me..

cheers,
ernie

If you really want to be different...

I think you could build an amazing campaign around the many and varied flower species that are way sexier than (yawn) long stem roses.

Some examples:
http://images.google.com/images?sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGGL,GGG...

With a bit of effort, it shouldn't be too much trouble to get terrific visuals for your campaign.

You could put together packages with freshly plucked rose petals (etc) for the bath and edible flowers that could be part of a sensual dinner. Maybe provide some recipes.

Could be alot of fun. The guys would score major points with their partners.

Too "out there"?

All My Love to My Best Bud, All My Buds to My Best Love

Be Cupid, or Be Stupid!

Face it Mates, even ugly flowers are more attractive than we are!

Bloomers Given To Her Might Mean Some Given To You!

Get her flowers, the next best thing to her weight in Gold.

Flowers Get You In The Door. The rest is up to you.

Get her some nice flowers today...or a whole lot of flowers tomorrow.

Ernie, Best Wishes for your continued business success regardless of your slogan choices.
Best,
Tom

I'll try again.
I like a call to action for Tag lines or what is the point...

Getting Fresh this Valentines Day is better than getting forgotten!

GL again.

hey guys and babes! ^^

thanks so much, i just got home after a looooong day!
i got a whole lot of photography to do the next few days, and all of u just helped me so much! ^^

i am deciding among the following 4 taglines:

Thank you NovaHammer, vic, tkaykowo & thomas.c.taylor for your great help and brain juice!

(1) Getting Fresh this Valentines Day is better than getting forgotten!
(2) A rose is only a rose...until you give it away
(3) think love, think flowers
(4) Get her some nice flowers today...or a whole lot of flowers tomorrow.

there is gonna be a meeting 3 days later on the bouquet designs and i will have to get my boss's approval on the taglines after that!

and Jon, thanks for ur idea on the edible flowers & recipes, i love it alot personally! but just realised my company's floras arent organic >_< thus there is danger in consumption.. but thanks anyhow ^^

will keep you guys posted on the final tagline..

many thanks,
ernie

- The Power of a Flower Keeps the Dog-House Away on Valentines Day!

- Cupid Says You'll Feel Stupid, If Flowers are Forgotten!

I was also thinking that a good idea may be to get the email addresses of all of the men who wait until the last second to by flowers. Then you can send out a reminder two weeks before the next valentines day.

I think this one may be over already, but if not, why not try:

Everyone loves flowers – and everyone who gives them
