Problem With Site RedirectionPremium Member
Posted By: ASVP/ChrisB on 8/24/2006 5:43 PM (CST) 1022 Points
A client has had some issues with redirection from the its Australian URL www.aerobin.com.au to its secured international transaction site https://www.aerobin400.com

Could you please check this for me. Try each of the links below. Doing so will also help propagate the domain-name lookup server entries at your ISP and others globally:

http://aerobin.com.au
http://www.aerobin.com.au

Please let me know if with either link you are not redirected to https://www.aerobin400.com

If you end up somewhere else, please let me know the URL or iP address of the place you arrive.

If you arrive at the right place, and have any comments on the website or the product, I would love to hear those too!

Thanks

ChrisB

Both redirected links worked for me in La Crosse, Wisconsin USA.

I like the flash graphic on the About page.

Hi Chris,

Both redirects work for me in Omaha, Nebraska! Cool site and product, congratulations.

I was a little surprised that on the home page I could not find any direct references to "save/protect our environment" as this message is very popular in the USA.

The product looks very interesting and definitely will help protect our environment.

Kindest regards,

Sandy Riedel

Worked fine for me in Michigan. Nice site. The "about aerobin" graphic is fabulous. Is this product available outside of Australia?

Worked fine here in Dunedin New Zealand.

If it is available out side Australia my parents might get one of these.

Both directed correctly from Nova Scotia but I thought top left Header TagLine color choice was weak compared to stronger colour of entire homepage.

GL!

Thanks everyone for the confrmations of accessibilty, and the feedback about the site.

For those who asked, the product should be going global, one country at a time, before too long.

Carl, the company may even be exhibiting at the Ellerslie Flower Show later this year.

Anyone who's interested, please feel free to sign up to the newsletter on the website, to be kept in touch with rollouts internationally. All done with best practice courtesy of ConstantContact.

Thanks again.

Apologies if people seemed to miss out on points. The posting died half-way through, apportioning points incorrectly. I ticked every box! I'll get Val or one of the moderators to fix it up somehow.
