OK HERE WE GO IM a notary specialicing in notarising home loan documents, I need a catchy name for a mobile notary service im 28 former military USMC to be exact.

I'm not sure if catchy is that important Christian. My guess is that you want to begin building a brand...a brand built around high quality service, and speed.

One of my thoughts is: NOTARYFAST
I envision the word Notary in CAPS and the word FAST in caps with italics, perhaps in red. Notary would be in blue.

You can call it"

DIAZ
NOTARY-FAST or just NotaryFAST.
or NOTARY-NOW ( Same concept )
A catchline:

First of all, I do not believe you should mix the two. They should be completely different. BTW, I contract designers on a regular basis. If you have a portfolio, let me know where I can see it.

Im not mixing the two, I am a Graphic designer, yeah, but Im not going to mix it with my notary service. Im designing my own logo because Im good at that. I just need Ideas for names and I can go from there. thanks

Those are the concepts I have for now, on the name, Christian. You know with whom you must contact for new business, I'm sure.

As for the development of a marketing strategy, that would take time, and we would need to have a few visits on the telephone. This is how I make my money, creating strategic and tactical marketing programs.

But, I would imagine people who need a Notary know where to get one, and why they need one. Your niche (mobile), although not unique, there are others....can be capitalized upon by the right strategy, and maintaining contact.

The right name, combined with the right collateral material, containing the right type of information, could help you gain a substantial amount of business. The leg-work is up to you. Get your lists together, and begin to send them information about you and your services. Follow up...Follow up...Follow up. People buy from people they know, so get to know them. Attend meetings that they attend, and support their industry organizations...be visible.

Then, people buy value...what is your value...flaunt it.
Visibility-Value are the keys to success in your chosen field.
