Competition Analysis

I have asked to prepare competition analysis for my products. Would yo please show me the format for my competitor data?

    Ilkser, your question reminded me of great moment during an otherwise dull PowerPoint presentation.

    The entrepreneur showed a nicely done matrix listing his competitors' products down the side, key features/functions across the top, and check marks wherever the twain should meet. Of course, his product was there and had a healthy row of checks lined up next to it. He said:

    "This matrix clearly shows our advantages over our competitors... because I made the slide."
