Trying To Create A New Tagline

We are a financial organization which purchases "used" life insurance policies from affluent individuals over the age of 65. Most of our clients are in their 70's. We are trying to come up with a tagline which reflects our integrity but also describes our business. The problem is that when most people hear "life insurance" they bristle. They imagine a slick salesman selling a policy across the kitchen table. However, we don't sell anything...we pay people for their insurance policies. We had a few ideas, but are not convinced they are appropriate for our senior, affluent market: Rediscovering Life Insurance New Life for Old Making Life Matter Life Insurance Settlements Discover Life Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thank you.

WOW! This is my first ever question posed on Marketingprofs.com and I am amazed by the well-thought out responses. We have set an organizational deadline for coming up with our tagline of October 31, so I will keep this discussion open until then. A few other words which we had but discarded are: "freeing, freeing up, unlocking, releasing, solve, release, materialize, and realize." Thank You again for your assistance.

Maybe in your target market, more people understand how this works, but I sure didn't, so I'd consider a tagline that spells it out. A few ideas: Profit from your life insurance investment. You're the seller. We're the buyer. Life insurance benefits you can use now. Good luck, Marge

how about " Life Before Death!" Play on the life after death idea - but letting those execs benefit from a little spending BEFORE they shuffle off to the great board room in the sky! Regards Mike Page

Some more ideas.... Cash for your insurance.. today Cash out your insurance, live today Live today... get cash from your policy Enjoy your benefits.. because you can. Because life should be enjoyed You invested... now benefit. Benefit from your investment Make use of your insurance... today We believe in life We help seniors live better lives Your investment.. your right to use it Shouldn't you benefit from your investment? THe life insurance that protected them can now benefit YOU! The insurance you bought ON your life can now IMPROVE your life! Your life insurance served its purpose. Now it can serve YOURS!

Thank You to all who participated. After lots of discussion by our group, we ended up going with our original tagline , "REDISCOVERING LIFE INSURANCE" Thank you again for your well thought out assistance.
