Help With Plumbing/heating/cooling Slogan

Posted by alex on 250 Points
I work for a plumbing/heating/cooling residential service company and have been trying to figure out a good slogan for our company to set us apart from the competition. Right now the slogan is just "Family Owned & Operated Since 1968."

Our company is a family company with a focus on providing great service. We focus a lot on keeping the customers happy and providing the best service. The problem is finding a way to communicate that we provide better service than everyone else. Some other benefits we offer to customers is cleanliness of their home, the best warranties in town, the best products, and the best technicians. We are not the cheapest in town but we are the best.

Thanks for the help, oh and the name of the company is Herrmann Plumbing Heating & Air

    4 decades. 40 million smiles

4 decades. 4 million happy families

Since its a family run company, this kind of a supportive argument of 'we've been around...and we've been providing satisfactory services' has to be communicated. Your name clearly describes what you are, so no need for your tagline to reflect that part.

I'm kind of certain that this can give you BIGness, and affection

From your web site it looks like your focused solely on residential. To help you with your tagline, let's think about what the benefit you offer your customers:

When a customer is looking for Plumbing and HVAC they are probably:

In an emergency situation and need expert assistance fast.

Replacing systems and may require expert advice, product and installation.

You have a couple of possibilities written into your web site:

    "Remarkable Service. Remarkable Craftstmen"
"Largest Most Respected Name in the Region"

    Other possibilities:

One Call Gets it All Expert Quality Service

    Your 911 For Plumbing, Heating & A/C

When You Need it Fast and You Need it Expert

    Don't Delay Call Today

    Where Experts Fix Your Problems

    SOS Service and Installation

If you're hoping to get "non-referred" business throughyour tagline, and want the business from those that are hurrying through the yellow pages / online pages while their overflowing toilet is flooding the neighborhood, I would go with a call-to-action approach in the tagline where you let them know you'll meet their immediate needs.

If you just are looking for a catchy little slogan I might rethink the tagline.
