Need Ideas To Increase Business From Website

I need ideas for getting more business from my website. I provide communication skill training - from teaching small talk to presentation skills to accent modification, diction and listening skills.

I offer intensive courses, sell e-books on these topics, and offer e-mail editing of speeches as well. Many of my hits come from other countries, where my article directory articles are apparently published.

My website, www.BusinessSpeechImprovement.com, does not get much of a response. I would like to reach sales people and other professionals more, both with the courses and especially with the e-books on my online store.

Does the website copy need to be changed, and if so, how? Are there other communication training needs that sales professionals have that I have not included? Is there a better way to promote the site? I have submitted it to many search engines.

    Thank you, ethnicomm and jcrooks, for your helpful responses. I will work on implementing them, especially the keyword search and the additonal pages for each service. What is a h1 header, ethnicomm?

    I am a newbie on this site. As soon as I can earn extra points, I will ask the question about the site design and layout that you suggested.
