Where To Find Solar Panel Ads

Hello there.

Does anyone know a decent solar panel ad/s?

If there is any site I can watch (and hopefully download).

    I have been asked to design an ad campaign in order to raise the awareness on the use of solar panel as a mean to economise electric power and generate energy in a friendlier way to the environment.

    I am thinking of a b&w tv spot with a bg voice that help people reflect on their choices and communicates that choosing Solar Panels is both good for you and the environment.

    What I am trying to avoid is a campaign on energy that lacks energy.

    Since this is a very low budget campaign we can't afford sampling and testing the reaction of the target group, therefore I am interested to see how this issues has been addressed before.

    There are lots of magazines that are dedicated to green building. Natural Home, Environmental Building, Smart Buildings, just google "green building magazine".

    The USGBC.org and Greenglobes are two competing rating systems for how "green" a building is rated. Consult those sites and understand the criteria.

    I was a founder of the CO Chapter, USGBC. "Greenwash" is a term we use for marketers who hype the attributes, without knowing what is important and really "green". Those two sites will give you a wealth of info, so that you can design an energetic, accurate and very targeted campaign.

    We have created an addiction over the internet and sometimes we forget the importance of meeting an 'analog' :) person or store.

    In a quick search on 'solar panel' I was found app. 2,5 million sites. Can you imagine the time needed to find meaningful information?

    Thanks to your suggestions I think I can spare some time and energy.
