B2b Affiliate Solution Provider

I am looking for a cost-effective (read as low budget) b2b Affiliate Solution Provider to outsource a new affiliate partner program for a communications company. Suggestions for a dependable, flexible and cost effective affiliate solution provider with some b2b experience (I realize most are b2c) are welcome. Thanks.

    Are you looking for a low-budget provider because you think you'll get what you pay for, and you don't want much?

    Or do you believe that you will somehow get more than you pay for because you will be so charming that they'll give you something extra and not charge you for it? If it's the latter, be careful. If they are not making money, they'll go out of business and then you'll have nothing.
