Slogan For A Pet Sitting Dog Walking Business

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I just started my own company called The Capital City Pet Nanny. And I do have a website and a logo. The logo are those words with a dog and a cat , it can be seen on my website at www.capitalcitypetnanny.com . Also I have someone revising the logo to include a leash cut-out to underline the logo. Now what I am lacking is a good slogan. I ordered some cheap business cards which have stock images and nothing printed on the back, I want to order nicer business cards but need something to put on the back and I think perhaps a slogan would be key. So any ideas or helpful suggestions out there?

(Aside: Your website bounces from "I offer" to "We offer". Get your "voice" consistent. If it's about you - show a picture of your face or playing with your pets. The image of Boise is fuzzy, and isn't relevant. If you could get a picture of a bunch of dogs playing in a park, with a Boise landmark behind them, it'd be much stronger. Move your professional memberships to the top of your site - it'll reinforce your professionalism).

I think it would be cool if you told a story about you, why you started the business in the first place. I would make that the centerpoint of your communications. Yeah I think the logo can do for some revision -- the site needs a little work graphically and editorially. But the good thing about web communications is you can always work on them until they are perfect.

I removed the boise pic, yup wasn't relevant, changed the copy so it's consistent. Now just need to take a picture with my dog. Going to wait until my cold goes away, don't want to give the impression that I take cold meds for fun or something ;)
