Hi:

With such a broad question and clear need for tutorials - I think the best thing for you to do is to search the web for related articles and reading. To get you started - here are a series of articles posted by one firm in the training area, Industrial EGO Sales, whic is located at http://www.industrialego.com/index.htm (I have no connection to this firm):

A complete set of sales tips:

Gidday Aslita - I'd be less worried about learning to sell IT [products and first learning to 'sell'.

One of the critical functions of selling is asking quality questions and then knowing how to wait for an answer. You'll need to have those skills before you worry about 'product specific' aspects of the sales process.

Take a look at 'The Art of Closing Any Deal' by James W Picken as a great introduction to selling. Once you have those ideas down pat, whether you are selling oil, IT or biscuits, you'll have enough knoweldge to get you by.
