Lets see, reduced prices, and a free gift? As a customer, I'd think I'd hold out until they paid me to shop there too.

Don;t give away too much. You can't bribe customers into doing business with you.

Based on the information you've given here, I think that yes its an idea that might not be good if you don't use the gift in a positive manner based on the discount in house per product :-)

Every 1 love free gift. But too common for nowadays. Depend what kind of freegift. Limited free gift will be better...

If the free gift is a sample size of a complimenting product attached to a product to be purchased it may be incentive to buy. Other than that, there is only so much you should be willing to "give away."
