How To Make Good Questionnaire For Clients In Insurance

Good day Better,

I would suggest you provide additional details about the questionnaire and your target clients.

See, first you will determine what objectives you want to achieve with this questionnaire:
- Seek your customers level of satisfaction.
- Probe for a new service
- etc.

This is your crucial / critical first phase.

Then you will start writing your questionnaire accordingly with several criteria influencing it:
- Will it be a questionnaire filled in during face to face interviews?
- Will you hand out the questionnaire for clients to fill it in later or in your offices?
- Will the questionnaire be available online?
- What will be the sample / number of clients that you will give the questionnaire to?

As a rule of thumb, start with easy questions (personal data, yes or no, etc.) and keep the open ended questions for the middle - end of the questionnaire.
