What Is The Best Affiliate Program Software?

Posted by JLL on 250 Points
We're looking to integrate an affiliate marketing program into our website, where people can download banner ads and get paid for the referrals/conversions. Can anyone recommend a good affiliate software package?

    Dear Jess,

You have two options here. The first is to promote your product through a 3rd party affiliate program. This is a website that will not only provide you with the infrastructure and software required to run your own affiliate program but also introduce new affiliates to you. In return though, you would have to pay them a monthly fee and/or percentage of the sales amount. One of the most popular sites offering this service would be clickbank.com (digital products)

Your second option would be to get the software yourself and install it on your server. Here you would just pay one upfront fee but installing, maintaining and getting new affiliate would be your responsibility. There is an excellent article (link below) where you can get a review of some of the top programs available.

    Hope this helps
