Name For A Real Estate Project

I need your help! Over the past weeks I really struggle to find a name for my client. Client = real estate developer who have a mixed-use project (both office and residential) in Europe. The project location is not complimentary nor the street or catchments area! The previous usage of the land was industrial so I identify two concepts: 1. The area face lift, update, transformation 2. Ecological transformation. I don’t want the name to sound like a CSR campaign, the approach being B2B. Thank you in advance.
