Health/wellbeing/personal Power Name Needed

As a complete newcomer to this site, I have read many interesting questions and seen some great answers, and I hope you can help with mine !
Please think like this and see if you can help with a business name - this is what we will offer:
Back to basic fitness programs.
Strength and cardio training - no special equipment
No pill, no potions, no special meals.
Everyday good nutrition using everyday food.
All round health development
Mind power, positive thinking, self devlopment
Clients are the everyday person on the street. Any age.
So far we have played with names including Plan, Life, Design, Map but can't find a combo that suits. Open to all ideas ! Even a one word name that has enough impact, but we were thinking a couple of words would allow more final choices. We are doing the brainstorming thing, the writing of lists etc, but need some fresh ideas.
We don't have the hype - just real down to earth health, fitness and wellbeing ideas.
Think like the next big thing ! Jenny Craig did it, so can we (heehee).
In summary, we need something that tells people we can help with all their health & wellbeing needs in one place. Dream about the life you want and let us help create it.

Sorry, but no hype no success. You can die on the vine waiting for word of mouth to take root and grow. As for Jenny Craig, believe me there was hype, expensive hype, even in the beginning...
As for a name, a single word will have all it can do to identify your company. It's not likely to explain the services your provide, which means you'll need a tagline, something you'll probably need anyway.
As for a name, why not "Basic Fitness, Inc." (or Corp. or LLC because you definitely should incorporate. As an attorney for all the reasons why.)
