What you are describing is a SWOT Analysis.

Let me suggest that you read through the Search Questions section. Enter SWOT and Value Proposition. You will find many answersto this question.

Good Luck with your Homework.

Value proposition only includes what the value is for the customer.

SWOT is meant to review where you stand in all aspects. Your value proposition would be one part of the strengths (or if a lack of value, that would then fall under weakness).

Hello Iv_trober

Value propositions in Healthcare...hmm mm..let me see...

Such propositions in healthcare should implicate,

quick (or quickest) cures
least costs
and easy availability of health services

This dream mix should make any health service, exciting, and able to meet the health needs of a community.

Such Value propositions become a reality, if backed by good business sense and a pro-patient orientation in the health industry.

Hope these thoughts help!!

Value propositions can only be so if they reflect a positive outcome/response.
It may be cost related or could be clinical or operational. See where I am going. I have a ton of experience in this so if you'd like to give me more info on the exact target and what you are attempting to show them, I believe I can be helpful
