Tagline For Mobile X-ray Company Needed

Posted by Anonymous on 500 Points
A Mobile X-ray business that provides mobile x-ray, utrasound, bone density and EKG services is in dire need for a new slogan.

Here is a little more about the company:
-They use the latest digital technology and their competitors do not.
-Their 3 greatest strenghts are technology, quality and expediency.
-They are locally owned and operated
-27 years in business
-They target most of their services to physicians

I open to any suggestions.

Can you tell us more about the target audience for the tagline? How do they make decisions about using this service? What problem of theirs do you solve? What are you trying to communicate to them?

Also, it might help to know the name of the company and where you're located. Both of those are important when coming up with a good tagline.

Finally, can you explain the "dire need?" WHY do you need a tagline so badly? What do you expect it to do for you? How/where will you use it? What will be different when you have it? Does your primary target audience not understand what you do? What's driving the "dire need" for a tagline?

    Hi,

The details Michael asks for above would certainly have been useful. Here are a few to consider in the meantime:

"Medical Imaging that's on-site, on-demand, and on the cutting edge of technology."

"Efficient, Effective, & Timely Solutions for Physicians' Medical Imaging Needs."

"Our solutions are mobile. Our quality, technology, and reputation are well grounded."

"Medical diagnostics that will MOVE you."

"Mobile Medical Diagnostics - The Technology and Quality you need, when and where you need it."

I hope some of these help in your search.

    Kind regards,

    Ryan

    Thank you for the comments.

Target: Physicians with immobile patients (i.e. nursing homes, prisons, etc.)

Decision: The decision used to be based on the fact that they were the only ones in town. Now a national competitor has come in via a national contract and is slowly taking more customers...

Problem Solved: They solve physicians being able to best serve their immobile patients. They solve image quality issues present with older radiology technology. They solve the wait time present in other mobile service providers.

The company is based out of South Texas.

Dire need: This stems from the need to brand the company as a premier service provider. This is an established company with better technology yet their competitor is slowly winning over their market.

I understand there needs to be some reconnaissance done on the reasoning behind the loss... and this is in the works. This company has requested a new brochure ASAP before any in-depth analysis is done on their current state. I felt a tagline would be possible here even because it should be timeless and not based on the current buying trends.... I wanted to convey their value to the market through a tagline and use it as consistently as possible to assist in building a brand... Because not much attention was paid to brand in the past, now that a branded, recognizable competitor has come into town, it seems to be taking its toll even if the quality provided inferior. Thoughts?
