New Underwear Line Needs Tagline

Hi to all,
A new mens underwear brand with the name 'Boxman' is going out in the south - east Europe market and we need a tagline to go with it.
It is medium quality, quite fashionable.

Who is the main target audience for this new brand? ("All men in Southeast Europe" isn't enough in this case.) How is the underwear different from that of competition? What benefit does it provide for your target audience?
It will help us to know WHY the target audience might want this brand. And to know if there's anything distinctive about the product itself, the distribution channel, or any other unique property.
To come up with a good tagline requires first that we understand what it is we're trying to communicate, and to whom.

@mgoodman, you are right, but to be honest it is a simple, not really differentiated product and all we are trying to sell is the image of the project. It adresses men 20-40s, probably will be bought by women, it is medium quality, and quite fashionable, nothing extreme.
No research has been done, no marketing plan either, it is just a small factory moving from making underwear for others, to creating their own brand. If they can't afford real marketing i cant pressure them.
I work in a small town printing company and we just make their logos, packages, and stuff. When clients come for that, the graphic artist usually comes up with a slogan and a concept! Non proffesional? Probably. But i have no choice.
Sorry for the moaning. It is a really small market. And we are trying to help them as much as possible.
