Name For Training Company (mining/construction)
11/26/2010 at 10:04 PM ET
Looking for a name for training business that targets mine sites, construction companies, engineering companies etc (mainly large industrial businesses).
Courses include things like safety, first aid, manual handling, construction, machinery tickets etc.
The words "industry training" are frequently used in these arenas, but most names I think of relating to this are taken.
Must be a professional sounding name, as these industries are selective with their choice of business.
I have been operating under my own personal name for a few years, but am finding I now need to add a business name, website and more due to growth, and to make me more appealing to the target market.
Cant limit myself to just one location either, as the sites I deal with are all over the country.
Please - looking for name suggestions only. Whilst I appreciate the HUGE wealth of information all can offer on this site, I would only like name suggestions, not business advice. I do have a business advisor already who is assisting me with the future plans - I am just stuck on a name.
Kindest regards to all.

I won't even dare to comment on the name you used to sign your question, so I'll just move on to suggesting a name...
Mine Safety Specialists
Why? Because is tells people what your company's specialty is. There is no more direct name than that, no other name that will identify your company as THE company to contact for their mine safety training needs.
And for a tagline to go with it, give some serious thought to...
Teaching Every Facet of Mine Safety
...because it leaves no that you teach and says that you cover the entire field of mine safety topics.
Both are very direct, the best way to attract client companies in any field. Hope that helps.
