What kind of information have you gathered?

A strategic marketing plan typically has these components:

Situation Analysis, Conclusions, Implications (and perhaps a SWOT analysis)
Objective(s)
Overall Strategy and Positioning, including rationale
Specific strategies for each element of the marketing mix: product, price, packaging, promotion, advertising, publicity, public relations, sales/distribution, service, etc.
Rough budget levels, metrics, integration with other business elements

Does this help?

R(research)->S(subdivision)->T(target)->P(position)->MM(product,price,place,promotion)->I(implement)->C(control)

and don't forget some useful tools, such as SWOT MindMapping and etc.
