This is a very broad question - so broad that I am not sure it is answerable.

You said you are selling computer products? What type of products? Who buys it? What you are selling and who you are selling to will make a huge difference in how you approach the sales process.

You want to sell into the US. Are you located in the US, or abroad? Your job will be much more challenging if you are not located in the US.

If the basic issue is that you don't feel you have good enough English language skills, one solution would be to not be the sales person to the end customer, but instead be a middle man. Work with a person or company that can understand your English or your native language in the target area who acts as your representative or distributor. They will provide the language skills for you, along with a local presence, but would cost you some in that you need to pay them a commission.

The simple answer is, you won't. Like McDonald's, there are computer companies all over. So why would anyone even want to talk with someone from another country who cannot even speak the language? Then there's shipping, currency conversion, support, maintenance. Unless your computer is so superior to everything else on the market or you are giving them away for free, it's just not worth the bother.
