I have created a website www.wisestep.com it is a free job posting website that the recruiter can post jobs for free . Its easy to post but i want increase the page rank of that website and also how to promote? . And i want to get page rank to this page also http://www.wisestep.com/recruiter/Free-Job-Posting.aspx . this link is the goes to free job Postings. so can anybody suggest me to get Page rank and also how to promot it?

What's the advantage of using your site to post jobs?
Why shouldn't the HR people post it themselves on each site?
Why should they trust you with their posting?
