You may want to incorporate your location and follow it with Car Care. Or, do you specialize in car care for a niche of cars (luxury or economy)? Use that in your name, if so. That way, you get only the inquiries that you wish to service.

What makes your company's products better than the competition? Who specifically do you sell to? Why? Where are they located?

What is the name of the company? We need that in order to come up with a good tagline.

What makes you different from, and better than, your competition? What is the unique and important benefit you deliver to your target audience? We need that so we can communicate a meaningful message that will plant the idea in your prospects' minds.

Who is your primary target audience? Where do they live? How do they make purchase decisions for products like yours? What is the most important benefit they are seeking?

How will you judge the tagline submissions? What are the criteria for picking a winner? If we know that, we at least have a target to shoot for. Without it, we're just guessing what might work.

If you can answer these questions, we'll come up with a great tagline for you.

While I think I know the type of "dusters" you're talking about, I have no idea what you mean by "car coat." That term typically refers to a type of waist-length coat popularly worn by people who drive cars. You also haven't told us what other types of products are included in your "etc," so that makes it difficult to respond to your request for help.
