Building Brand In To The Recruitment Process

does anyone have any good articles or examples of large companies who have multi brand strategies and how they've built brand in to the recruitment process - like Kingfisher group?

I'm afraid I don't really understand the question. What exactly do you mean when you say, "... built brand in to the recruitment process?" Are you referring to a company's reputation as an employer -- i.e., their "brand image" among prospective employees?
