Now I am no fan of HR, never having had a job for which I was actually qualified ... only we need to know a little more about your company. We simply can't give you anything useful with information as vague as this.

Because if you are to engage people, you need to engage them. You don't need to make them yawn and think "Oh, it's another bright idea from HR ... again".

Engaging people means engaging them: you need to focus on someone different each time - not everybody at once. This takes skill and understanding, something that's not that common in HR departments.

Can you provide some details about your HR department & your company, such as:
What's the name of your company?
Are you looking for more "bodies" or are your looking for specific "talent"? If so, what type of qualifications are you looking for?
How competitive is the job market in your region?
Why do people like working for your company?

You do NOT need a catchy name, you need a relevant name.
