first learn how to ask a question!!!!

please dont not take offence, but you will not get much help with your current question.

i suggest you sit back and think about your question. Please provide some info, like what education do you have? what kind of experience do you have?

if language is a problem try posting your question in your language and maybe one of the experts will be able to translate it for you.

have a nice day

Read a lot and become involved with groups that focus on eMarketing... There are a lot of resources available online such as this site as well as www.marketingsherpa.com. You may also want to get involved with a direct marketing group that focuses on eMarketing as well as something like the AMA. Go to your local bookstore or go online and search for books on eMarketing. There are so many resources available that you should be on the right track in no time.

There is not one way to become an expert in eMarketing because there are so many different areas involved. You could focus on email, search engines, content development, ecommerce... take your pick or get well-rounded and learn about it all... It takes a lot of time and research to become an expert at anything.

Good luck.

They say the longest journey begins with a single step... if it were me, I'd probably start by reading Web Marketing Today at http://www.wilsonweb.com/wmt/ - Marketing Sherpa and this forum are great sources as well.

You might set up some Google news alerts for key words (e.g. SPAM, etc.) not only to keep you up to date on hot topics, but to alert you to new sources of information.

A good thing to start with is a lesson on the different types of emarketing out there. You'll need to know what the job requires before you can even think of becoming an expert.

eMarketing encompasses the (but is not limited to...) following:

Internal Email Marketing
Banner & Text Ads on Web Pages
Banner & Text Ads on Email Newsletters
SEO - Search Engine Optimization (Organic/Free)
SEM - Search Engine Marketing (CPC Model)
Affiliate Relationships
Strategic Partnerships
Instant Messaging Marketing
Weblog Marketing
Wireless Marketing
Co-op marketing & partnerships
Cross-media
PR & business communications
Intrusive formats
Multi-channel marketing
Viral marketing & buzz
Alternative marketing
CRM & Referrals, Loyalty & retention
Measurement & analytics

You'll need to join some communities like the ones mentioned above and others, like clickz.com and webpronews.com. Join their newsletters so you can start your day with lessons on what's hapening in this extremeoly varied field.

You need to do alot of reading and start testing, testing, testing campaigns once you feel comfortable with which campaigns you'd like to begin with.

It's really too much info to put in a quick response. But this can get ya started.

Good luck, it's alot of fun if you thrive on challegnes!
