I suggest the following two websites, as they offer two distinct perspectives on the topic of money and finances: 1. www.thecreativeinvestor.com This site is specifically for commercial real estate and lists as the number one website for that venue. 2. http://www.money-talk.org/ This website is very popular: In total there are 1145 users online :: 54 Registered, 1 Hidden and 1090 Guests and according to the home page it fits your needs: "From personal finance and making money, to financial news and small business, we cover it all at Money Talk. Need financial advice? Pose your investing, credit or other fiscal questions in our money forums, we'll make sure they get answered. If you are an experienced investor or financial advisor share your expertise and answers in our money forum. In return, we can help you promote your business." I hope the information above helps, you may also wish to look under www.allexperts.com which is another great website. There you can ask a question of a specific individual volunteer, who then will answer your question. You have to dig a bit, because the entire website isn't geared towards fincance and although it is a great website, there isn't as much of a 'community feel' as MarketingProfs maintains.
