Hi Gokul
Your question looks like a typical homework question from a marketing class. And KHE is not a group of professionals who do students' homework.

Moreover your question is not very specific and justs asks for a list of FMCG products not doing well in India. This list can be endless because many a seasoned marketer has been humbled in the vibrant Indian market. And at one level it will also include the name of Coca-Cola among others.

Happy researching!

Cheers

I must agree with Mohit. Certainly this is a forum to learn and share experiences but you muct bring to the table as much as you leave with. I would do some searches of the citations out on google and refine the question towards specifics (Such as how might we reformulate the marketing strategy for this FMCG brand given a present set of conditions.)

Good luck on your project.

Phil

Hi Gokul,
Well I agree with Mohit.

To get better answere here. Do some search on google. find out some failures in FMCG sector. While doing this you may find some of the reasons of the failure.

Post those here along with your views and your strategies to change this around. Then you will get great answers in this forum.

Hi Gokul
I would reiterate my earlier stand that you should try and figure out the answer on your own, if it just a list that you are looking at. Its a rather simple exercise.

To give you a starting point, in the recent past, Vanilla Coke bombed in the Indian market. Another one is Sunfill (coincidentally from the Coke stable.)

Hoping this is a good starting point for your research.
