Internet Survey Service For Advertising Creative

Does anyone have an internet survey service that they use for getting feedback on advertising creative? Team mates in my past have done this and I'm looking for names of those companies. As I recall, at the time the agency tested three concepts over the internet and the results were available in a matter of days.

There's an outfit called "Second Wind" that is targeted to small and medium-sized ad agencies. We used to belong to it, and often received requests to participate in on-line research projects, many of them testing creative concepts. The AUDIENCE is skewed, obviously, since you are getting the opinions of mkt. people rather than your target audience, but it might be a place for you to start--and maybe they have other research services available that address that by now.

Thank you browncatfan, for the source. I'm really looking for a service that would put us in front of our target. I just know that there's a service specifically for creative testing ... anyone?
