Retaining Outside Industrial Design Firms

Problem: getting senior management interested in consulting with an industrial design firm to make the products look and work better. (and just pointing to the iMac story isn't working)

    Just a note: Industrial Design firms do not typically design industrial components such as gears, seals and springs. They do design awarding winning consumer products for Apple, SONY, Kohler and the like.
