Html Email Marketing

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
As an agency, we're preparing to do more marketing to support our vertical business units. One of the new objectives is utilizing research and trends that we gather independently through quantitative studies, and merchandise to new business prospects. Consequently, a preferred method we intend to implement is email marketing. We're looking for vendor recommendations. The potential audience is very intimate, but qualified.

Thanks for your help.

I have been email marketing since 1999, using everything from Microsoft Outlook (for fewer than 200 per list) to Lyris Enterprise (for more than 250,000 per list).

Depending on your needs, network infrastructure, and familiarity with administration, you could go with:

PHP-list (a free but well constructed program)
    https://www.phplist.com/

Hi Impact email version 4 (a low-cost program with great integration with Outlook) https://www.templatezone.com

Broadcast HTML (a mid-priced program with robustness and reliability) https://www.mailworkz.com/

A low-priced service provider like Constant Contact or Magnet Mail (In my opinion, not the best solution for those who might need customer service)

A mid-priced service provider like Bronto Mail. They have a rebrandable agency account, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices. https://bronto.com/

Whatever you get, please remember to get a program that sends out both/and or either/or text and html messages.

And be kind to the person who administers your lists. This is the biggest time-consumer you will face.

    Regards,

    Win

I've been using Emma's service for a few months and I love it. In fact, as a agency you are part of Emma's niche market. (MarketingProfs is an Emma customer as well.)

Their designers do great designs at a reasonable price, although as an agency you might choose to upload your own designers' HTML which is also fine with Emma. Everyone I've talked to at the company has been exceptionally helpful.

    (BTW, I don't work there...)
