Customer Email Canned Responses

I was trying to find a website that offers free canned responses that I can send out to our customers after they have made a purchase at our online shop(order confirmation-thank you for your order...etc.)also a canned response that is responding to a customer inquiry. Any help will be appreciated.

    If you do want to "borrow" some canned responses, I'd suggest modeling them on Amazon. They've got the email response language down.

    Why not create your own responses? I think this is an excellent opportunity for you to communicate your brand personality by crafting your own messages. As a consumer I have experienced this several times in email communications and on-hold messages-- usually from smaller companies-- and I found it very effective. A good copywriter can help you with this. It will position your company effectively, plus it will show your customers that you care enough to compose a message just for them.

    Just think back to all the purchases that you have made online in the past 6 months. How were you treated as a customer? Was just one contact enough? Did you appreciate multiple follow-up e-mails?

    By modeling the way you have enjoyed being treated over the past customer experiences you have had, your customers will be much happier.

    Amazon is a great one to model. Even if they are 10 weeks late getting you the book, they are constantly sending you e-mails to update you regarding the status of your order so you know.
