54 Year Old Land Developer Needs Tagline

We develop exceptional communities in excess of 30,000 acres. Our founder based his vision on the single premise that folks could live better in their retirement. He felt that the average middle-class American deserved a retirement that rivaled the elite. To that end, our expansive communities are comprised of top-notch amenities that include world class golf courses, lakes, country clubs and so much more. What sets us apart from other developers is our commitment to preserve over 30% of the land in our communities for conservation efforts.

Our founder was often quoted as saying a person could "Live Better" in a Cooper Community but unfortunately, that phrase has now been trademarked by Walmart...

At this time we are undergoing a significant repositioning of our website. We need a position statement that embraces who we are and the heart that goes into our product.

    Phil is right. You not have a problem with "LB in a Cooper Community"; however, keep exploring options.
