What are you testing? Who is the target audience? Where are you trying to sell them -- what city, region, country?

There is no way we can help you with just the sketchy information you've provided. Is this a pregnancy testing kit, or a radon testing kit, or an educational proficiency testing kit, or what? Where/how do you distribute the product?

We really need more information. We have no idea ehat you are selling.

Do people return them to you?
Is this health related?
Who is your market?
How does your business operate?
