Restaurant Chain Name Out

Posted by businessmachine on 250 Points
The first "Taverneria La Gigi" was a success beyond expectations in Bucharest, Romania, Europe. The owner is opening a second now and a third by end of year. I need out-of-the-box ideas on getting the name, the concept and - after all - the restaurant - out to a target segment of about 10k accomplished professionals, 70% male, snobbish, with medium-high income.

Work with local event planners to host business events to these professionals at your restaurant.

Sponsor non-profits (that the professionals are members of).

Could you cater a few dinner parties where these types hang out? Better yet, invite a few professional societies that these guys are a part of to hold their monthly meeting at your restaurant and serve free appetizers that way they taste your food and see your place.

I agree with trying to get some events held at the restaurant this will expose more people to your restaurant.

See if you can get some famous people to dine there and make a big deal about so and so dines there.

Ask the clients at the first restaurant why they dine there. Where they spend time, who they are involved with, etc to find out where you need to be advertising.
