What's Another Term For 'speed Dating'?!

We're hosting a Speed Dating night and are in the process of making posters...but we'd like to term it something other than Speed Dating, so it doesn't sound so cheap and tacky. Any ideas would be great!

    Some ideas that come to my mind quickly are :

    Speed Dating may be used often, but it's not "cheap". Its well accepted. People know what it is, and look for events as such. If you are going to change it, incorporate it into the name of your venue to make it your own. But I'm telling you, singles right now are googling "speed dating xyz city" right now.

    Hey,

    I think the words in this will be very important because you will want to show up on search results. So ı say choose some name with a relation to the topic. Most words on dating will be:

    love
    fast
    kiss
    Gal
    Guy
    find

    these kind of words are being entered to the search engines for finding dates. ı did not include most obvious one like date cause its already something you aware. Look for those in the responses.

    Speed Dating has the benefit of having clear expectations for people who show up: a known format / goal. Will your format be the same as other speed dating events (just a different name) or will you operate differently? A couple of suggestions: "Heart To Heart Connections" or "Lovestruck".

    Call it a Bachelor Buffet. "For people craving love."

    Market it to women as their chance to sample locally available men. Market it to men as their chance to meet women who have great taste!

    I agree with earlier comments, though, that "speed dating" needs to be included in your message somehow. Maybe "speed dating with a fresh twist" would work?

    If you have food at the event, perhaps you could feature a local chef to prep the hors d'oevres. And encourage people to break the ice by talking about ...meat? ;)
