New Realtor Looking For Tagline

Our brokerage is the only one that "Guarantees" either the seller or buyer to terminate their contract if we did not perform the services that we said we were going to do. It is called The Buyer/Seller Services Guarantee and it is part of our unique Ulimate Service customer program. The services provided in this customized guarantee will reflect their personal needs in writing and will be signed by both the buyer/seller and the Realtor. We have a 98% Satisfaction Rating from close to 50,000 Canadian home buyers & sellers.

    Ingrid,
    There are lots of past questions on Real Estate in the forum so make sure you search for past answers.

    I know when I'm looking for a realtor (to sell for me) I only care about 1 thing....selling the house. I'm not sure what other guarantees you could give me.

    Several agents in my are come in with a offer to purchase the home themselves if the cannot sell it within a set amount of time. That give the seller at least a base line.

    Thx you for your input Michael. Yes I did review the previous suggestions for Realtors. I am not looking for any gimmicks. I want to show the emotional benefit of signing with me. I simply want to let them know that when signing a contract, either Buyer Representation or Seller, that they can terminate the contract at any time if they are not happy with my service. No other brokerage will do that. Some sellers/buyers sign a contract with a Realtor then realize that they don''t like that Realtor or the Realtor is not doing what he/she said they were going to do, and then they are stuck in a contract until it expires. So something on the lines of, "Guaranteed Service, or you can terminate the contract at anytime"....but more witty! LOL Thank you all for your help!!!

    Thxs Jay -- that is basically the message...now if it could be tweek to show more emotion; not so factual I think would do it! Keep the creative juices coming everyone as I am very greatful!

    In tweeking Jay''s suggestion -- I''m not sure if the wording used would make sense to a first time home owner. Anyone else have a way to re-word it?
