My self abhi from India, actually i am working as a business development manager working in sales team of a growing software company. My team contains 8 members. 2 Team leads, 4 business development executives and A tele caller. We are providing ERP software products for various industries. we are working in such a manner that the team leads are concentrating on two major location and their executives takes care of that zone's sale. Tele caller will fix the appointments and our executives will go for the product demonstration. Team leads will help them by preparing proposals and quotations. but unfortunately i am struggling to manage this structure. The main factor is expenditure / sale is very greater than company's average. so anyone can help me suggesting a good team structure. Besides the team structure i would like to get the role and responsibilities of each designation.
