New Name For Employee Referral Programme

A successful placement is dependent on finding the right person for the right job – it's all about the right fit!

This is one of the reasons why employee referral programmes are so successful - because one is best suited to understand ones organisation's needs and get employer the right employees.
Working with people you like and respect means more fun in office, a happier workplace, and ultimately, better productivity!

Therefore, we're giving the employee referral programme & recruitment initiative a new name, tag line and essentially, a new lease of life.


IMPORTANT Guidelines:-

The NEW name must not contain more than 3 words.

The tag line should not be more than 6 words.

Please explain the inspiration behind the name & the meaning or idea behind the name & tag line.

    The overview was provided since this is a global networking platform. Appreciate your sense of humour though.

    To cut the long story short.

    We're giving the employee referral programme & recruitment initiative a new name, tag line.

    Refer-A-Friend/Colleague (bring your friend/colleague in)
    Lead Our Growth (empower employees to lead by bringing in people)
    Expand Our Family (make the office family larger)

    Hi Jay,

    Our current program names are Refer A Friend/Tag A friend & TOM - TOM hence we are looking at creative/innovative & funkier names to make the program more popular & sucessful.

    However the short name does not actually mean anything.

    Example: our earlier program T.A.G - Together Everyone Grows

    Can you think on these lines.

    Lets rise together is a good option for tagline & other options from Jay - Lead Our Growth, Expand Our Family make the office family larger can be used as other tagline option or to explain the meaning or idea behind the name & tag line.

    Now we need to look for a powerful NAME. to go along with this.

    Hi Vasu,

    How about: 'Buddies @ Work' as the new name and,

    'Missing Someone? Bring A Friend Along...!' as the Tag line.

    Inspirational Thought:

    Most often when you move to a new organization, you leave behind friends, family and well-wishers at the old place/town/office.. You're most comfortable if you have a friend already in the company you're joining.

    This campaign will interest and encourage such lonely people to refer their friends/relatives/well wishers for a position with your organization and more importantly give themselves a chance to dispel that loneliness!

    As for others who aren't lonely, this will be an even greater idea to increase FUN at the workplace!!
