Inshipments.com A New Eshop Advertising Network?

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Dear Supporter,

we created a new advertising network for eshops owner, advertisers and freelancers. "www.inshipments.com" - Eshop owners can exchange their "Give-Aways" / Flyers with other members that have the same target group. Therefore, new customers will be obtained and a win win situation will be established. The advertisement cost will decrease through new cooperations as well. The network is based on the "Give and Take Principle". Each member is supporting each other. At the moment it is still free to sign up.
Its as simple as that.

My questions to our idea and landing-page is: Is it too confusing? Is something missing? Why are you not signing up immediately? Dont you trust us?
Please really let me know about it. There must be something....where is the mistake / bug?

Thank you very much for your time.
with best regards

After reading your home page, I'm unclear:
    - what your offering
    - to whom
    - why they'd be interested in what you're offering
    - why they should trust you

There are a number of grammatical errors which affect your public perception.

    Dear Jay Hamilton-Roth,

thank you very much for your response. Could you pls be a little bit more specific.

Where should I post the benefits?
Where would you like to see our services
Would it be enough to post them in single dots...
    Where are the grammaticla errors?
Should I use a box on the landing page for our services?
Would you like to see some of our members so you trust us more?

When would you be satisfied with the information

    Thank you very much
    with best regards

There's a lot more work that you need to do other than adding/moving a few sentences, and as such, I suggest hiring a professional to improve your website. You can wish to contact some of the the experts on this site directly (see Top 25 KHE Experts for some) and/or post your project (for pay) here: https://www.marketingprofs.com/ea/pfh_addco.asp

I agree with what Jay has suggested to you.

    Your post of ...
Where should I post the benefits?
Where would you like to see our services
Would it be enough to post them in single dots...
    Where are the grammaticla errors?
Should I use a box on the landing page for our services?
Would you like to see some of our members so you trust us more?

... is really questions you should ask yourselves, as professional communicators, and then use this information and much more to write a professional creative brief, web development plan and of course a marketing plan.

In others words, you have put the "cart before the horse" in creating this website before going through the complete planning process.

    Hope this helps,

    Steve

First thing that jumps out at me is: Paketbeilagen Club

What IS a Paketbeilagen Club? Is that a club I use to beat my competitors over the head with? Do I use it on the back nine or in the rough at the golf course?

I agree, the web site is VERY confusing. There is no clear and simple statement of what product or service you are offering.

Visually, the web site is very cluttered. The images of people giving me a thumbs up DOES NOT tie into the services being offered (not to mention in some countries its an obscene gesture).

Its not that we don't trust you, we just don't know what you are offering, so that's why nobody is signing up.

And, I think most ecommerce web sites have already driven their costs and prices as low as they can go, so why would they want to discount prices even more?

    My two cents for you.

    Dear All,

thank you very much for your comments. I understand that I still have to do a lot to make it perfect.

We have a video in German 1:30min. That explains the website. In a week its going to be translated in English.

To the name > I know many people told me that already thats why we inserted "Inshipments".

I have experienced that even other websites that are using a german word as their domain name have become pretty famous. Therefore, I thought we can do that too. I believe that the word "Paketbeilagen" is not just negative but maybe even positive because it makes you think and you would like to know what it is and what it means. People even look it up and learn a new word if they are really interested.

    thank you very much again.
    with best regards
