Distribution Channel

I have a functional beverage line, doing well in local market in SF Bay Area. I make them in certified commercial kitchen and now I am ready to move to upscale production and to expand market outside of SF. Need to find the best way to set up distribution plan. Is there any template for this?

    hi there

    you better give some franchise for distribution. the independant entities will take franchise from you and they will bottle and sell your beverage to the locals. this is how coca cola, the great beverage company , distributes its product.

    There are two templates available on The Business Tools Store www.businesstoolsstore.com One is a checklist that will allow you to profile the type of distributor you need and the second one allows you to compare up to 5 potential distributors against your choice of criteria.
