That sounds dangerously vague. Can we have some clarification as to who you are and who is holding the phone? Because you aren't selling to mobile phones, are you?

Now ... if you are, please let me into the secret! ;-)

Hint: forget trying to please everyone. You will only upset them the more. Please those people who you do please - and get more of that sort of person because then word gets around that you please them.

If you have any clients, look at them. My ideas on "Moriarty's Matrix" will be posted soon on my profile. Essentially it is a checklist of likes and dislikes that will clarify the position you hold in your market.

Knowing that will give you real power to make your business sparkle.

    To your success,
    Moriarty xx

I don't know anything about you or your company. It would be nice to know where you are located, how long you have been in business, any specialties you have, how many customers you have, your marketing budget, the size of your organization, and lots more information.

Without such information, I'm shooting in the dark. But if you are small and just getting started with a limited budget, I would suggest that you take a look at the Sandler selling system.

Create daily marketing habits. When I coach, I sit down with someone and we make a list of 10 tactics that they commit to for the next month. It might include attending a networking event twice a month, call someone I don't know 4 times a day, make x sales calls a day, take someone to lunch (business) once a week.

Then we create a spread sheet and you check it off as you complete. And we evaluate it at the end of the month. I ask for a SOFT report, Successes, Opportunities, Opportunties and Failures. We adjust for the next month.

Having been in sales like forever, I can speak from experience, good daily marketing habits bring sales.

And as a certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach, I do like their low or no cost marketing tactics. Their books are in the library. I do like Sandler sales as my buddy above suggests, but I think that would be step 2. By the simplistic question you ask, you aren't there yet.
